FSC ¯uk is a Polish delivery vehicle that was first presented to the general public in 1958 at the Poznañ International Fair. Its serial production was carried out in the years 1959-1998. It gave concerts in the cities of Lublin and Hungarians in Poland, it was also licensed in Egypt. About 590,000 copies of this car were produced in the course of production. The main constructors of ¯uk were engineers Stanis³aw Tañski and Roman Skwarek.
The ¯uk model was designed and put into production to replace the FSC Lublin-51 car on the market. It differed from its predecessor in many ways. First of all, it was based on the FSO Warszawa passenger car and shared the chassis, some of the engines and the running gear. Also, the body and the body were completely changed, which was now closed in many versions. The FSC ¯uk produced in Poland was powered by various engines ranging from 54 to 70 HP. It was also available in several body versions, including: towos, van, minibus or pick-up. On its basis, specialist versions were also created, such as an ambulance or a police car. The car was very popular, despite its disadvantages - first of all it was characterized by poor durability of the suspension, which was highly emergency, with a small track, which had a negative effect on the road properties and high center of gravity.
Jelcz 315 is a Polish truck, the first prototypes of which were made at the turn of 1966-1967. Its serial production was carried out in the years 1968 / 1969-1982 and took place in Zak³ady Samochodowe Jelcz. The Jelcz 315 was developed as a successor to the ¯ubr A80 truck. Compared to its prototype, it differed in many structural elements and components. Generally, efforts were made to eliminate the greatest possible number of errors and defects that appeared during the operation of the ¯ubr vehicles. Above all, a completely new power unit was used, which was produced under a license from the British company Leyland, as well as a gearbox developed from scratch at FPS Tczew. The steering system with integral power steering and the braking system were also used. The driver's cabin has also been significantly changed, improving the comfort of his work. Finally, the Jelcz 315 turned out to be a much more successful vehicle than the ¯ubr A80, and its chassis was used for such specialized vehicles as, for example, a garbage truck, a dumper truck or a tanker.
