Tamiya 14023 Honda MVX 250F

The Honda MVX250F is a Japanese sports motorcycle that was presented to the public for the first time in 1983. The MVX250F model has been developed and implemented in order to establish a market battle with the great Yamaha RZ250 motorcycle. The Honda Motor Company decided to use a 250cc liquid-cooled 3-cylinder engine in the new motorcycle, which was developed on the basis of a twice as large engine that powers the Honda NS500 motorcycle. The motorcycle also received a 6-speed gearbox. It was offered primarily in Japan, where motorcycles with this engine capacity (250 cm3) were very popular. In Honda's offer it has been replaced by, among others, the NSR250R model.
